TOPEKA WEST ROTARY YOUTH ENRICHMENT FOUNDATION
The Topeka West Rotary Club established a Charitable Fund administered by the Topeka Community Foundation to endow assets for charitable purposes. The Fund was established in the early 1990ís. Our purpose is to support the Rotary International ideals of humanitarian support, high ethical standards and to build goodwill and peace throughout our community and the world.
In 2005, the Club chose to designate the Fund to be available for Youth Enrichment activities. We wish to support youth in their endeavors to improve themselves spiritually, culturally, physically or athletically.
Since that time, we have funded grants for youth involved in activities with organizations such as The Capper Foundation Easter Seals, Topeka Civic Theatre & Youth Academy, the YMCA, The Jayhawk Area Council of The Boy Scouts of America and People To People International, among others.
Our grants are funded by May 31 each year. We invite grant applications to be made between March 15th and May 15th each year. Download Grant Application:Topeka West Rotary Youth Enrichment Grant
